Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITION TO MICROSOFT 365

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1-year experience in user support and/or IT testing;
  2. ITIL certification and familiarity with system JIRA would be significant advantages;
