Technical Software Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage the scope of software- and hardware-driven projects throughout the full project lifecycle
Develop, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, resources, timelines, and change requests
Identify and manage risks, escalate issues, and resolve project or task-level anomalies
Participate in internal and external meetings (e.g., exchanges, brokers, vendors) to gather requirements and produce clear, detailed summaries for stakeholders
Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
Act as a liaison across technology teams, translating requirements and influencing standards and process improvements
Manage mandatory market and exchange-driven changes, including impact analysis, tracking remediation work, and coordinating internal and external testing
