Hiring: Technical Software Project Manager (CAT 1)
GovTech / Public Sector Programme | Singapore
We are looking for a Technical Software Project Manager (CAT 1) to lead delivery of high-sensitivity government systems within a GovTech / Public Sector programme.
This role requires strong technical authority, delivery rigour, and absolute discretion.
It is not a PMO or reporting-only role — you will work closely with architects, engineers, security teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, mission-critical systems.
Mandatory Citizenship & Clearance
This role is subject to PubSec / GovTech security clearance requirements:
Native Singapore Citizen (CAT 1)
Not naturalised
No foreign spouse
Eligible for GovTech / Public Sector security clearance
