Position Summary
The Principal Consultant for Automation & Transformation is a senior technical leader responsible for driving the design, engineering, and adoption of advanced automation capabilities across the Managed Services ERP organization. This role focuses on building highly scalable, enterprise‑grade automation solutions that eliminate manual operational tasks, optimize service delivery, and enable self‑service and autonomous operations.
The consultant will leverage deep expertise in automated workflows, scripting, RPA, AI‑assisted tooling, event automation, and especially the expansion and integration of automation capabilities withinServiceNow. They will transform business processes using digital workflows, automated scripting, telemetry, and governance frameworks to increase efficiency, reduce operational cost, and drive intelligent decision‑making
