Technical Solution Consultant

Intro

A Technical Solution Consultant in Screening Eagle acts as the technical bridge between sales, product, engineering, and customers. You will help prospects and customers understand how the product works, tailor the solution to their business needs, lead product demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs), support pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

What will you do

• Execute discovery workshops with potential customers to understand business pain points, workflows, system architectures, integrations, and requirements.
• Lead and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design, including data flows, integrations (APIs, third‑party systems), customisations, and configurations.
• Work with product / engineering teams to ensure feasibility and align expectations.
