The role of IT Support Specialist is to provide hands-on support for smooth, secure and efficient daily operations. This position will strengthen our team during a period of high demand by managing endpoints, assisting users and supporting operational tasks.
Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver L1/L2 technical support for laptops, accounts and Microsoft 365 tools. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues onsite, ensure timely ticket resolution and configure Windows devices for new hires.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver L1/L2 technical support services;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues onsite;
- Solve problems efficiently with strong communication skills in English;
- Maintain endpoint security compliance through Intune updates;
