Overview of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the primary point of contact for all internal IT user queries and issues;
  • To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for MS products, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Audio Video Conferencing systems;
