What You'll Do:

Criteo’s Technical Solution Engineer acts as a technical advisor bridging business and technology. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-centric consulting to drive adoption and long-term success across Retail Media partners in the APAC region.
Based in Australia, you’ll collaborate with teams across India, Japan, Singapore, and Korea, , and manage technical integrations.

What You will do:

Technical Integration & Optimization

  • Execute and optimize integration plans designed in collaboration with Solutions Architects, aligning product capabilities with business goals

  • Review, plan, and optimize existing technical setups to improve scalability and performance.

  • Utilise programming and data languages (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML, APIs) for troubleshooting and debugging.


  • Client Success & Technical Advisory

  • Be obsessed with improving the client experience and giving a unified and consistent service together with the commercial or Solution Architects teams.

  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, data-driven optimization, and deep product knowledge.

  • Monitor account performance using internal tools, data insights, and SQL queries, identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Drive product adoption and technical enablement initiatives across the Retail Media ecosystem.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate projects with regional teams such as AIT, Product, or Solution Architects to ensure timely delivery.

  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across APAC’s Technical Solutions organization.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects during onboarding and key stages to ensure seamless transition into long-term technical management.


  • Professional Development

  • Stay current on AdTech and Retail Media innovation through training and certification programs.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create training materials and client-

  • facing documentation.

  • Who You Are:

  • Good understanding of digital advertising, AdTech, or Retail Media.

  • Proficiency in debugging, integration design, and data analysis.

  • Good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Autonomous personality, self-driven, and skilled at managing multiple complex projects.

  • Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.

  • Focus on details, passion for new media and willingness to learn.
