ShimentoX is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring core IT roles and be based out of Hyderabad.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)

✔ Hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data & Python roles

✔ Requirement understanding & JD alignment with Hiring Managers

✔ Boolean sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals

✔ Initial screening, candidate engagement & salary negotiation

✔ Interview coordination, MIS ...
