The Senior Communications Specialist position may include Bids & Proposals Development, Design Coordination and Development, and Field Coordination for Telecommunications Passive Information Systems type projects. The specialist may be responsible for performing site surveys, developing proposal narratives, and cost estimates for projects. The specialist may be responsible for creating site survey reports, coordinating and designing inside and outside plant infrastructure, reviewing floor plans, enlarged plans, labeling plans, cable run lists, list of materials, and creating test plans to support the projects.
