As a major supplier of hay and straw products to international markets, Balco reinvests 5% of EBITDA into R&D yearly. They remain the only hay export company in Australia that undertakes rigorous quality and nutritional testing and as the only HACCP accredited hay export company in Australia, they take pride in leading the industry in quality, safety and traceability.
The Position
Reporting directly to the CEO, this critical role will provide the technical expertise to support business expansion and growth in the export oaten hay industry. Through technical support, the position will help educate Balco’s customer base, focus on the nutritional benefits of Australian Oaten Hay.
