We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. This role involves managing, maintaining, and evolving payment terminal fleets across Switzerland.

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to existing systems with ease.
  • Develop innovative solutions for projects involving clients or suppliers of payment terminals.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in electronics or electrotechnics is essential along with excellent command of French (spoken and written) and German (spoken and written). Knowledge of Swiss German is desirable. Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written), as well as proficiency in standard tools such as Office365 are also required.
Strong interest in cashless payment systems,
Effective listening skills,
Ability to adjust tone
& language according to the interlocutor Ability < br />to express oneself clearly
