Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple sourcing engagements using GEP Smart or GEP NEXXE platforms
- Identify areas of improvement in sourcing workflows and recommend platform-based enhancements
- Configure and optimize GEP modules to align with client-specific procurement strategies
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to enable best-in-class supplier selection and evaluation processes
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools within GEP to drive data-backed sourcing decisions
- Ensure platform adoption, user training, and functional troubleshooting across sourcing teams
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics for sourcing effectiveness
- Act as a technical liaison between procurement stakeholders and platform support teams
> Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in procurement technology, sourcing operations, or platform consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with GEP Smart or similar strategic sourcing platforms
- Understanding of sourcing lifecycle, supplier management, and category strategies
- Familiarity with eRFx, auctions, contract management, and spend analytics modules
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
= Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-client or shared services environments
- Exposure to indirect and direct sourcing categories
- Knowledge of procurement transformation and digital enablement initiatives
- Certifications in GEP platform or procurement technologies (Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
