Talascend is currently seeking a Technical Specialist- Interiors for an opportunity in Newark, CA
OVERVIEW:
Design and develop complex mechanism systems and components used in car interiors, including Air-Vents, Storage solutions on Instrument panel and center console, Interior door release handle, sliding roof, Seat rail covers, Sun Visors.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Innovate and propose new mechanisms for interior elements to improve functionality and usability of interior space that aligns with client’s design DNA
  • Work on the integration of mechanism systems with electrical and electronic components for a seamless user experience.
  • Design user interfacing mechanisms meeting best in class haptics requirement
  • Be the go-to guy for mechanisms related expertise to help fellow engineers
  • Perform kinematic and dynamic analysis on the mechanisms to develop and design the concepts
