Technical Specialist Intern

This role is intended for recent or soon to be graduates from a Bachelor's or Master's Interdisciplinary academic work in Computer Science, Physics, Math, or MINT disciplines preferred. This is a 12 month contract

The Learning Services Technical Specialist Graduate will be required to monitor training executions, report incidents that may happen during those activities, update, review and translate training material, review training website material and be updated about international training and certification offers and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work together with the training team to support the evaluation of training courses.
• Participate in technical trainings and product new releases meetings to identify new training opportunities
• Build, manage and keep training environments up to date
• Develop new hands-on activities accordingly to learning manager especifications
