• Conducts thorough problem analysis in regard to technical system and application programs; documents findings and proposes problem resolution alternatives at their highest level.
• Assists in application development, system design, debugging, interface points between larger, medium complexity cross-departmental systems and code review. Prepares test data and tests coded programs for accuracy. Generally assigned to most complex company-wide systems.
