Position Title: Technical Specialist/ Lead - SYNON
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Location: Remote, India
Expected Skills/ Competency/JD:
Competent to work on ALL phases of system analysis and can/may direct others.
Studies and analyzes the most complex Company-wide procedures as assigned; strives toward process improvements via concrete measurements and metrics.
Conducts thorough problem analysis in regard to technical system and application programs; documents findings and proposes problem resolution alternatives at their highest level.
Assists in application development, system design, debugging, interface points between larger, medium complexity cross-departmental systems and code review. Prepares test data and tests coded programs for accuracy. Generally assigned to most complex company-wide systems.
