Job Description:

• Provide operational and technical support for DRM solutions
• Monitor digital right management alerts
• Detecting and handling data leakage incidents and performing additional data analysis to validate security breaches
• Daily, weekly and Monthly report creation
• Identification of sensitive data and the workflow that evaluates and address DRM policy violations and errors.
• Roles and responsibilities may vary based on the level (L1/L2) selected.

Preferred Certification:

Certified incident handler (GCIH) or OEM related certifications
