Technical Specialist

Overview

Technical Specialists / IT Programmer are responsible for evaluating client needs, proposing appropriate AV solutions, and supporting the implementation of both simple and complex systems. In collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations teams, they ensure solutions are technically viable, scalable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable AV system designs and solutions.
• Preparing technical proposals, system schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Providing technical support during product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
• Advising on AV solutions for live events, broadcasts, conferences, and integrated systems.
