Technical Specialist / Sales Engineers are responsible for evaluating client needs, proposing appropriate AV solutions, and supporting the implementation of both simple and complex systems. In collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations teams, they ensure solutions are technically viable, scalable, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities typically include:
- Assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable AV system designs and solutions.
- Preparing technical proposals, system schematics, and equipment specifications.
- Providing technical support during product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
- Advising on AV solutions for live events, broadcasts, conferences, and integrated systems.
- Supporting installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems.
- Assisting in troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization.
