The position is for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction among AGCO product owners by supporting Dealers and Distributors with technical issues and in service development. Support of Sales department/brands from technical point of view to gain new customers and increasing market share.
The role will be supporting across all AGCO Brands, products and platforms. Daily technical support to the dealers and distributors office based (THD) or on site, including FUSE technology/Digital products and utilizing AGCO systems and processes such as Tech Connect, Salesforce, One Number etc.
