Technical Specialist – Bakery

Location: Singapore

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct product development of customized enzyme-based bread improvers, bakery premixes and ingredients for industrial bakeries.
• Follow-up and delivery/presentation of results to clients and/or distributors.
• Proactively evaluating global portfolio products and adaptation for suitability in the Asia-Pacific market.
• Perform constant market observation and research.
• Proactive approach to new concepts and solutions, especially in the baking industry.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers, as well as distributors, if needed.
• Promotion and practical demonstration of the company's product ranges by means of baking trials and other suitable forms of evaluation.
