What Will You Bring

• Technical education and minimum 2-3 years of business experience in the technical field, preferably from agricultural business or from other heavy vehicle industry.
• Experience in customer service, ability to work independently, collaboration skills and good problem‑solving skills. Curiosity, solution‑oriented mindset and positive attitude. Interest in agricultural machinery and Smart Farming / digital solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbal and written. Swedish and other language skills can be considered an advantage.
