Technical Superintendent - Europe
ORGANIZATION:
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will be in-charge of managing the technical and operational performance of 4-6 merchant vessels. Your key role is to ensure safe and efficient operations of the company’s vessels, their routine and preventive maintenance, and that all international marine requirements are complied with.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise technical aspects of vessel operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure vessels' technical readiness and reliability.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize vessel performance, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Oversee dry-docking, repairs, and maintenance schedules, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.
