As a Technical Support Advisor, You Will
Act as the first point of contact for partners and end users via phone and email
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner
Support customers with product usage, updates, and best practices
Create, update, and manage support tickets to ensure proper follow-up
Work closely with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases
Keep customer information and case documentation up to date in internal systems
Your profile
Are fluent or bilingual in German and have an advanced level of English
