As a Technical Support Advisor, You Will

  • Act as the first point of contact for partners and end users via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support customers with product usage, updates, and best practices
  • Create, update, and manage support tickets to ensure proper follow-up
  • Work closely with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases
  • Keep customer information and case documentation up to date in internal systems
