Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in Polish (bilingual or proficient) + advanced English
  • Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially Cloud technologies, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
  • Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
