An important company dedicated to the development of Software by expansion is looking for a Technical Support Analyst on site.
Vacancy 50% Home Office, 50% on Site (Depends on the project)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent experience or related degree.
ESSENTIAL: Advanced English (Evaluation will be done) and availability to travel.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable work experience in providing technical support
- Mastery of English
- Working knowledge of support software, databases and remote control
- Skills for customer service and communication
- Advanced multitasking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Desirable to have experience in Retail (Point of sale)
