**Description & Requirements**:
The CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) technical support representative will work with customers to identify and resolve technical support cases covering North America, Central America, and South America.
**A Day in The Life Typically Includes**:
- Both functional and technical support for the Infor CPQ product line.
- Investigate complex questions or issues by creating new testing examples.
- Create new knowledge base articles to capture common questions or issues.
- Enhance existing knowledge base articles.
- Serve as primary support liaison between the Infor CPQ business unit and the customers.
- Continuous self-study to improve product/technical knowledge.
