Technical Support Analyst (Contract)


Looking for a hands-on Technical Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping technology running smoothly. This role blends desk-side support with remote troubleshooting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work is noticed and appreciated.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a mix of on-site (about 60%) and remote/phone (about 40%) technical support

  • Handle Level II–III incidents and service requests, while also resolving Level I issues as needed

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems

  • Confirm issue resolution with internal users and document outcomes in the ticketing system

  • Partner closely with infrastructure, security, application, database, and governance teams
