Technical Support Analyst (Contract)
Looking for a hands-on Technical Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping technology running smoothly. This role blends desk-side support with remote troubleshooting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work is noticed and appreciated.
What You’ll Do
Provide a mix of on-site (about 60%) and remote/phone (about 40%) technical support
Handle Level II–III incidents and service requests, while also resolving Level I issues as needed
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems
Confirm issue resolution with internal users and document outcomes in the ticketing system
Partner closely with infrastructure, security, application, database, and governance teams
Follow and support established IT security standards and best practices
