Resolve journal posting Issue.
Create new Reports using macros Design Reports within application.
Responsibility:
- Perform system configuration, patch testing, and upgrades for SUN Systems and related tools.
- Build, manage and troubleshoot Q&A (Vision) reports and templates.
- Support B4 B bank file generation, transmission, and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data extracts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Provide daily support for SUN Systems, Q&A, B4 B, and PA Consolidation modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to financial transactions, reporting, banking interfaces, and project accounting.
- Collaborate with finance teams to support month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training and onboarding for new features or system changes.
