As an IT support analyst, you will support performance and reliability of applications and infrastructure across global offices.
This is a hands-on support role, combining day-to-day troubleshooting with project work, system upgrades, documentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Provide application and infrastructure support for critical business systemsMonitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and carry out proactive maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, including root cause analysis and permanent fixesPlan and deliver system upgrades, including scheduling, coordination, and rollback planningSupport IT projects and change initiatives from analysis through to implementationWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutionsCoordinate with vendors and third parties when requiredMaintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks for each locationEnsure systems align with security, compliance, and internal IT standardsYOUR PROFILE:
Suitable for a strong Infrastructure/ Systems support engineer with experience supporting global enterprise environments.
Ideal for a technical guru with a strong focus on support, that proactively seeks out problems to innovate the business workflows.
The following is required:
IT support or infrastructure Support background in a global environmentStrong experience with Windows Server & Desktop, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group PolicyExperience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Solid networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPNs, IP, DNS, connectivity troubleshooting)Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)Experience with endpoint security tools (AV, patching, encryption, MFA)Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and ticketing systemsClear communication skills and confidence engaging with business stakeholdersStrong problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause, not just workaroundsOrganised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple prioritiesNice to have:
ITIL Foundation or similar certificationISO certifications/ Security frameworks knowledge (ISO207001, SOC2 etc.)Exposure to security or physical security systems (access control, CCTV)This is a full-time role located in Macquarie Park (on-site), offering $90,000 - $100,000 (plus super).
