Support knolwedge of CoPilot, ChatGPT, Office 365, Support 75 Macs and 40 PC's, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator, Any LAN experience a big plus

Job Summary :
The Technical Support Analysis position is responsible for but not limited to the following: Repair all PC/Mac issues, LAN issues, perform all necessary maintenance assigned by Manager for all PCs/Macs, Laptops, local servers, and ensure all local communication links are up. This position is the main user contact for IT issues in New York and from time to time these duties will expand to supporting IT issues for all U.S. locations.
