Technical Support Assistant – Job Description

Overview:

To provide Level 1 support to existing resellers/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for Telephony and Networking products
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Testing products for RMA approval
  • Perform configuration, upgrades, and maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to communicate in English, other languages will be an advantage

Preferred Experience:

  • IP Networking Based technology
  • Basic IP Telephony technology

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates are welcomed

Experienced candidates will be remunerated accordingly
