Technical Support Assistant – Job Description
Overview:
To provide Level 1 support to existing resellers/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support for Telephony and Networking products
- Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Testing products for RMA approval
- Perform configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to communicate in English, other languages will be an advantage
Preferred Experience:
- IP Networking Based technology
- Basic IP Telephony technology
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Experienced candidates will be remunerated accordingly
