Overview of the Role

As a Technical Support Associate (TSA) for Paraplanning, the purpose of this role is toutilizethe technicalexpertiseof the team member to provide support and uplift our Paraplanners with technical support, by delivering training, coaching, and projects as directed by the Line Manager.

TheTechnicalSupport Associate role can also beleveragedto support billable client roles,liketheprevious‘Universal Role’.If a TSA is called upon to fill the need of the Universal role, they will assumeUniversalKPI’s for that period, as described below.

These ‘Universal’ assignments are subject to demand and decision of the Technical Support Manager. Assignments are no longer than 3 months.

Main Duties

  • Manages internal support channel - VBP Assist to providereal-timesupport.
  • Managechannels and projects.
  • Provides technical development coaching sessions ( Strategy confirmation or other) with Frontline Team Members...
