The Technical Support Chemist will serve as the subject matter expert on all chemical products, including kits and reagents. This role involves addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting product-use issues, and delivering clear and effective support solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing chemical products.
+ Respond to telephone calls and emails from customers with questions, concerns, or feedback.
+ Provide technical assistance to other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
+ Log all incoming and outgoing calls and emails within the daily call log and manage follow-ups accordingly.
+ Prepare chemical batches and standard solutions using analytical methods.
+ Maintain an accurate and complete laboratory notebook for benchwork.
