Summary:

This is an opportunity for a full-time Tier 3 Support software engineer to join our engineering team. The Tier 3 Support software engineer will participate in our technical support process - working closely with Customer Support and product development engineers to triage, reproduce, and fix customer-reported software and data bugs
.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Customer Support Reps to triage, reproduce, and fix customer-reported, production software issues.
  • Participate in regular triage sessions to set priorities and plan work for the day.
  • Utilize product/engineering knowledge bases and software codebases to research issues and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Fix data problems and make routine data changes to production databases.
  • Identify and create tickets for software code fixes to address customer-reported software bugs.
