**Technical Support Consultant - Salesforce**
We are hiring an
**Technical Support Consultant - Salesforce **who will be supporting on the technical support and testing of the Steelcase commerce environments (B2B and B2C).
**What you will be doing**:
You’ll be responsible for handling day to day support requests, assisting with data issues, and completing testing for features completed by the developers. This position will require a strong relationship with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail is critical to success.- Learn and understand B2B and B2C commerce environments (Salesforce B2B Commerce)
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve level 2 support issues. Document resolution steps. Work with development team to identify mitigating fixes to avoid future occurrences of issues
