Technical Support Coordinator

We are looking for a company in the Nord Vaudois region specialized in AI-controlled machining machines, a Technical Support (M/F/X). Responsibilities This key role aims to ensure liaison between the field, the after-sales teams, and the technical office to continuously improve the performance and reliability of the main tasks: Perform functionality tests on machining centers Identify, analyze, and document technical points to optimize or correct Actively participate in machine continuity Gather and structure field issues (after-sales, clients, internal tests) Communicate effectively with the technical office to guide priorities and the follow-up of technical issues until resolution Contribute to software development and soft parameters of machines Provide occasional support to after-sales teams Propose innovative technical solutions and engineering design equivalent Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role: technical, advanced support, machine testing, R&D, or continui...
