Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage Call center activities efficiently and identify action plans based on the input coming from the calls
- Keep track of TS projects defined locally or by HQs
- Keep track of TS KPIs and maintain or define new processes
- Work with Digitalization team for TS requests
- Find new ways to reach our potential Customers through REPXPERT
- Create synergies with other regions
- Define initiatives to reduce warranty claims
