Your Key Responsibilities
Manage Call center activities efficiently and identify action plans based on the input coming from the calls. Keep track of TS projects defined locally or by HQs. Keep track of TS KPIs and maintain or define new processes. Work with Digitalization team for TS requests. Find new ways to reach our potential Customers through REPXPERT. Create synergies with other regions. Define initiatives to reduce warranty claims.
