Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Call center activities efficiently and identify action plans based on the input coming from the calls
  • Keep track of TS projects defined locally or by HQs
  • Keep track of TS KPIs and maintain or define new processes
  • Work with Digitalization team for TS requests
  • Find new ways to reach our potential Customers through REPXPERT
  • Create synergies with other regions
  • Define initiatives to reduce warranty claims
