About the job Technical Support - End User Computer

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure all company hardware and software working in good condition.
  • Provide system support to all users related to IT.
  • Provide maintenance and servicing to all existing hardware.
  • Provide maintenance and support to all existing software.
  • Provide support, guidance and training to all users.
  • Evaluate, analyse, servicing, troubleshooting, test, train and implement based on Company's IT requirement.
  • Provide daily planning and report.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior, must provide status update on any pending and uncompleted task by end of each shift.
  • Need to understand the importance of ticketing system that used at Hartalega.
  • Need to understand SLA and ensure all assign ticket close within SLA with propoer solution.
  • Understand 5S and Hartalega IT policy.
