Are you an experienced Application Support professional with a passion for solving complex technical challenges?
**What You'll Do**
- Manage and resolve complex Level 2/3 incidents in collaboration with development teams.
- Lead root cause analysis and contribute to change management processes.
- Proactively monitor systems to prevent issues and ensure performance.
- Document best practices, technical solutions, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors, account managers, and end users to ensure effective resolution.
**What You’ll Bring**
- **Experience with frontend web technologies (jQuery, AngularJS).**:
- **Backend development experience with AWS, Node.js, and Python.**:
