At Traefik Labs, we don't just close tickets. We solve the complex infrastructure puzzles that power the modern web. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who lives and breathes cloud-native ecosystems.
This role is for someone who loves diving deep into Kubernetes, understands the nuances of Ingress Controllers, API Gateways, and API Management, and wants to contribute directly to a massive Open Source ecosystem.
The Must-Haves- The Stack: Kubernetes, Traefik, Docker, and a deep understanding of Infrastructure.
- Excellent English: You will communicate with global customers and our engineering team daily. Fluency is non-negotiable.
- Mindset: Radically customer-centric. You enjoy helping people solve technical blockers.
- Time Zone: Must be compatible with EST (US Eastern Time).
- Shift: This role follows a Late Shift / On-Call model, including a 1-in-3 weekend rotation.
