About The Job

As a Technical Support Engineer , you will report to the APJ Technical Support Manager and resolve unique and technically-focused customer issues, while working across departments to improve our customer experience. We are looking specifically for this TSE to be based in Australia. You are someone who values opportunities for growth. You will work with other Technical Support Engineers to creatively solve customer problems while honing your technical skills.   • Build foundational expertise in the LaunchDarkly platform, including SDK functionality and core use cases
