Job Overview
As a Technical Support Engineer , you will act as the primary technical contact for SolaX’s Australian customer base, providing advanced support for solar inverters and energy storage systems. You will be responsible for remote diagnostics, installation support, issue resolution, and technical training. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of local industry standards is a strong advantage.
