At Criteo, the Product Support Engineering team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our Retail Media product. We connect the dots between the R D and Product teams and the regional teams
As a Product Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of this collaboration. You will lead complex investigations, resolve high-impact technical issues, and drive the incident management and hot fix releases to continuously improve our products and support processes.
