Technical Support Engineer
Intapp is seeking a Product Support Engineer for our Collaboration and Content product team. The ideal candidate will have experience triaging complex issues for Microsoft technology-based solutions and is comfortable working in a team environment where processes are continually evolving. Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services or Enterprise Content Management is preferred.
What you will do:
Manage customer support requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
Create, prioritize, track, and update customer issues/features in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Provide training to first/second-line support staff from customer or partner organizations.
Participate in ongoing rota to provide cover for our EMEA customers.
Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff.
