Requirement:

• 1–3 years in Application Support / Technical Consulting/ Technical Support / Customer-facing roles
• Basic knowledge of Web apps, APIs, SQL, HTML & CSS
• Understanding of manual & automation testing (cross-browser)
• Awareness of JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP & testing frameworks
• Exposure to Hybrid Cloud & SaaS environments
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Positive attitude, hands-on mindset, and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24×5 world-class customer support (rotational shifts) via chat, email, and calls
• Troubleshoot issues across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Own tickets, chats, and SLAs end-to-end
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product to resolve issues
• Act as the voice of the customer , sharing feedback to improve the product
• Support and understand web-based & SaaS applications
